People who have a very oily skin has more of getting acne than those with normal or dry skin. The fact is that most of our products on the market, which is designed for oily skin are unable to address the problem. This is because the materials are not strong or powerful enough to get under the skin surface. So what are you going to do? One important thing to remember is that each therapy takes time and during this period, you can get the desire to pop your zits, poke them or scratch, but try to curb the touch on your face at all, unless of course you want your acne to worsen.
To return to the point, coconut oil for acne is one of the best options that exist. All you need do is apply the oil in this region on a regular basis and you're sure to see results within a few weeks. Coconut oil is effective because the oil not only removes impurities from the skin surface, but also pushes them out of the pores. Of course, if you use the oil on a regular basis, the inflammation goes down and soon enough, your skin will dissipate. The best thing about coconut oil is that it eliminates the problem from the root, which means it will never bother you again as long as you do it right the first time! Since coconut oil also has moisturizing properties, it also keep your skin from drying out completely, and thus keep additional problems in check.
So, in short, coconut oil will find a balance, ensuring that the skin is not too dry nor too oily. We recommend that you apply with cotton ball or soft cloth, since with your hands can increase the problem. Last but not least, make sure to use it on the affected area during the day, when you're inside the house. Some sites may tell you to use it before going to sleep, but use common sense - what if you roll over to your stomach and it rubs off on the pillow?

I’m trying the oil cleansing method a couple of days a week as well as using my clarisonic brush with a cleanser that I bought from the natural healthy skinB5 site. Black soap was nice too, but I think that’ll be too drying as the weather changes.
