Getting a home treatment for back acne can be incredibly frustrating, so I want to give you some time proven advice and tips you can use to say goodbye to your boring Bacne.
Hazel - Used to clean up dead skin cells and oil found on the skin's surface that block the pores which create acne, witch hazel is pretty good in preventing future breakouts and leaves skin free of fat. One really nice thing about this treatment is that it is really cheap, and is probably already in your home. Try using your hands or a gentle shower scrubber to spread it over the affected areas of the back and leave for a couple of minutes and rinse. You can do this every morning and evening, while in the shower, if it doesn't become irritated to your skin.
Healthy food - Ensure you eat organic foods only. Most foods are now covered with pesticides and hormones that are pumped in are incredibly harmful to the body as you can literally eat your way to the next breakout. So try to eat foods that are organic in nature. I'm trying to stay away from most of the foods that are packed, as most are not organic.
Exfoliate - This is when you take a shower scrub gentle on the skin and gently rub away the dead skin cells that have stuck to the skin. This is necessary because the dead skin and oil are mixed and dry, almost like a glue and they clog the pores. Practice this three times a week will ensure that you breakout less and not nearly as bad. But do not do it too often, as you may end up worsening your acne and have a dull skin.
Apple cider vinegar - I use this as a topical treatment(skin) and oral (to put inside the body) for acne for a while and have seen great result from using it than most of the other popular acne products I've used. This clears the acne as it cleanses your body of all toxins that have been floating around in your body that cause rashes. As a topical treatment, it helps reduce the redness of the pimples making it smaller, less visible, and gives your skin looks radiant and healthy.
In the morning and at night, take two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 8 ounces of water. The taste is quite difficult to get used to at first, but you will get used to it eventually and the results are worth it. When I take a shower, I use it on my skin as a toner and allow it stay for a few minutes, then rinse. As I said earlier, the smell and taste are something you'll need to get use to, but it is worth the results.
These are just a few well known ideas for treating back acne at home and known to work best. Make sure they are part of your everyday life for the fastest results.
